Report a concern without signing in
Email support@paracosmstudio.io about illegal or harmful content, copyright, harassment, account access, privacy or a decision you believe is mistaken. Include where the issue happened, what concerns you and enough information to identify the content. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or unnecessary personal information.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services. This mailbox is not an emergency service.
Prepare an email
This form opens a draft in your email app. It does not submit a report or send anything itself. Check the draft and send it from your email account. You can also email the address above directly.
Shared content and creative freedom
Paracosm is a creative workspace. Fiction can include difficult themes, but shared content must comply with the law and our Terms and Conditions. Do not share child sexual exploitation or abuse material, non-consensual intimate images, terrorist material that is unlawful to publish, threats, targeted harassment, or material that infringes others’ rights. Pornographic content must not be shared through Paracosm.
Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. If you are 13–17, a parent or guardian must review the terms with you and agree to your use. This account restriction is not an official content age rating.
Shared worlds are created by users and are not individually age-rated or approved by Paracosm. A link can be forwarded and readers may copy what they can see. Creators should check the audience and selected content before publishing and revoke links they no longer want to share.
When reporting suspected child sexual abuse material, give its location and a brief description. Do not download, copy or attach it to an email.
Privacy and account requests
Use the same email for access, correction, deletion and other privacy requests. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We handle requests within the applicable legal time limits. Removing Google access or signing out does not delete your Paracosm account. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Decisions and complaints
If content or account access has been restricted and you think that is wrong, email the relevant link or account email, the decision you are challenging and why. You can also raise a concern about how a report was handled. Avoid sending sensitive evidence unless it is needed for the review.
